About
One place for the professionals animals depend on.
PAWCAP is the Partnership for Animal Wellbeing & Credentialed Animal Professionals: a platform built with the organizations that certify trainers, behavior consultants, and other animal professionals, for the people who hold those credentials.
You earned your credentials. Your tools should know it.
Most professionals juggle a booking app, a payment app, a CE spreadsheet, a separate login for every organization, and a website nobody can verify. Pet owners cannot tell a credentialed professional from anyone with a logo. Organizations keep member lists that nothing else can read.
Your business, your credentials, and your people, together.
Booking and payments, courses and continuing education that count toward the credentials you hold, mentoring, articles and a members-only forum, messaging, and a Find a Trainer listing that only credentialed professionals can appear on. Partner organizations confirm who holds their credential, so the badge on your profile is real.
A few rules we do not bend.
- 1Verified, or not listed
A profile appears in Find a Trainer only while a current credential stands behind it. The organization confirms it, not the member.
- 2Ranking is never for sale
Search results and the Mentors list are earned. Sponsored placements are few and clearly marked, and never put someone where they do not belong.
- 3No banner ads, no data sales
We show a sponsor in the newsletter and feature a course or event now and then. We never sell personal information and we run no tracking.
- 4Your clients stay yours
Payments go to your own Stripe or PayPal account. Bookings land on your own calendar. You can download your clients and bookings at any time.
- 5Real names
Every post, reply, and comment carries a name and a credential. The advice you read comes from someone accountable for it.
Professionals
Trainers, behavior consultants, groomers, and everyone else who works with animals for a living and holds a credential.
Organizations
Certifying bodies and associations that want a current directory, CE review, course accreditation, and a private space for members.
Pet owners
People looking for help who want to know the person they book is the real thing.
A small team that has built tools for animal professionals for years.
PAWCAP is built in close partnership with the credentialing organizations whose members use it. We are invite-only while we launch, so every early member is a verified professional and every piece of feedback comes from someone who does the work.
