Build & Host Courses
Build a course in an afternoon. Host it for years.
A course builder for animal professionals: video, slides, reading, and quizzes, with a certificate at the end and CE hours that land where they should.

What you get
Course builder
Sections, lessons, and quizzes in a Notion-style editor that autosaves as you write.
Start from your slides
Export Google Slides, PowerPoint, or Keynote as a PDF, upload it, and it becomes a course in one step.
Private video
Video uploaded in the builder streams only to enrolled learners, so links cannot be passed around.
Quizzes as checkpoints
Multiple-choice checks along the way or at the end, with a pass mark and unlimited retries.
Certificates you sign
Finishing creates a printable certificate with a verification code, in your name and title.
CE approval from organizations
Submit a course to the organizations you want approval from and pay each review fee in one step.
Free or paid
Free courses start at once. Paid courses check out in the app; PAWCAP keeps 10% of paid sign-ups and nothing on free ones.
Students roster
See everyone taking your courses, filter by course or status, and open any certificate.
How it works
- 1Create the course
Open Learning, then Teach, and press New course. Give it a title, a summary, a cover, and a price (or leave it free).
- 2Add lessons
Write lessons in the editor, drop in video, images, and PDF handouts, or upload a slide deck and split it into lessons.
- 3Add a quiz
Put a multiple-choice quiz between lessons or at the end. Set the pass mark.
- 4Publish, and ask for CE
Publish to the members-only catalog. If you want CE hours attached, submit it to the organizations that should review it.
Questions
- Who can take a course on PAWCAP?
- Members with full access browse the catalog and enroll. Enrolled learners keep a course even if the author later loses access.
- What does PAWCAP charge?
- Nothing on free courses. On paid courses PAWCAP keeps 10% of each sign-up. Organization review fees for CE approval are set by each organization and carry no PAWCAP markup.
- Can a learner download my video?
- No. Video uploaded in the builder streams with a short-lived key to enrolled learners only. Images, slides, and PDFs are locked to enrolled learners, the author, and reviewers.
- How do CE hours get recorded?
- When a learner finishes a course that an organization approved, the hours are recorded against that learner's credential from that organization. No certificate uploads.
