Students, certificates, and your signature

See who is taking your courses, open any certificate, and set the name and title that sign every one.

Your students

Go to Learning, then Students. Filter by course or status: enrolled, in progress, finished. Open a student to see every course they took with you and their certificates. The list grows over the years.

Sign the certificate

  1. 1

    Open the course under Learning, then Teach and find Certificate.

  2. 2

    Enter the name, the title, and one line of text that appear on every certificate for this course.

  3. 3

    Press Preview to see it with sample data before anyone finishes.

What a learner gets

  • An email with a link to the certificate the moment they finish.

  • A printable page with a verification code anyone can check.

  • CE hours on every credential whose organization approved the course.

Your full name, not your display name, goes on certificates. Set it under Settings, then Account.
