When a credential ends
Your membership follows your credentials. Here is exactly what happens thirty days before one ends, on the day, and when you renew.

Thirty days before
You get a notice by bell, email, or banner (your Account and membership settings) naming the credential and the date. Renew it with your organization; nothing else is needed on PAWCAP.
On the day
If it was your last current credential, your membership pauses. If you hold another current one, nothing changes except that credential's badge.
While paused
Your Find a Trainer card and mentor card are hidden. Your articles and courses are hidden from the public; learners already enrolled keep their course.
You keep Settings, billing, and your meetings for 30 days, so booked sessions still happen. No booking is cancelled.
You can download your clients and bookings as spreadsheets.
Nothing is deleted.
When you renew
Your organization updates its list, or you send the renewed credential under Settings, then Credentials. The moment it is confirmed, everything comes back as it was.
