Which currency am I charged in?

PAWCAP's own charges are always in US dollars. Your own prices are in your country's currency.

Membership, Plus, and billing

Two levels, billed once a year. Member is the whole platform. Plus adds the things that cost PAWCAP money to run.

Member

$99 a year, or $0 if you belong to a partner organization. It includes the scheduler, courses, CE tracking, mentoring, articles, the forum, Find a Trainer, messages, and events. Ranking is never for sale.

Plus

$149 a year, which is Member plus $50. A partner-organization member pays only the $50 difference. Plus adds 25 GB of message storage, video in messages, fifteen service badges instead of five, the website chat button, text reminders when they ship, and one boost week a year.

Upgrade or cancel

Go to Settings, then Subscription.

Press Upgrade to Plus and pay by card. Plus starts at once.

To stop, press Cancel renewal. Plus stays until the year ends; nothing is refunded early.

If a credential ends

Your membership pauses when your last credential ends or your organization marks it inactive. You keep Settings, billing, your meetings for 30 days, and two downloads of your clients and bookings. Nothing is deleted and no booking is cancelled. Renew with your organization and everything comes back.

Billing is annual only. There is no monthly plan and no refund, so try the free parts first.
