Refunds and cancellations
Membership is not refunded. Bookings refund in full when they are cancelled. Courses and sessions are refunded by the professional who sold them.
Membership and Plus
Memberships are billed for a year and not refunded. Your membership stays active until the year you paid for ends.
Cancelling Plus under Settings, then Subscription stops the next renewal. Plus stays until the paid year ends.
Bookings
A cancelled paid booking is refunded in full to the card or PayPal account, by itself.
Your cancellation terms are shown before booking. Set them on the event type, with a required "I agree" if you want one.
A cancelled group session refunds every seat and tells everyone.
Courses and mentoring sessions
The author or mentor issues a refund from their Stripe or PayPal account. PAWCAP's share is returned with it. A cancelled mentoring session refunds in full like any booking.
Sponsorships
A sponsorship that has run cannot be refunded; one that has not started yet can be paused. Write to us.
