Client Messaging
Answer pet owners and colleagues without leaving PAWCAP.
Questions from your booking page, chats from your website, and notes from other members, in one inbox that updates live.

What you get
Answer questions in the app
A question from your booking page opens a conversation. Your answer reaches the pet owner by email with a private page to write back.
Live, like a text thread
New messages appear the moment they are sent, with seen marks and typing dots on both sides.
Message other professionals
Write to any credentialed member. Block or report anyone; a daily limit on new conversations keeps spam out.
Share from PAWCAP
Send an article, course, event, forum topic, or a colleague's profile as a card, or attach a picture or a PDF.
Book inside the conversation
Send a booking page as a card. The pet owner picks a day and a time, answers your questions, and pays, all in the thread.
Storage with an easy cleanup
Files you send get 5 GB on Member and 25 GB on Plus. Settings shows what you use and suggests what to remove.
How it works
- 1A question arrives
From your booking page, your website chat, or a member. It waits at the top of your dashboard until you answer.
- 2Answer
Write back in Messages. The pet owner gets it by email and on a private page; a member sees it live.
- 3Close the loop
Share a booking card and the client books and pays right there.
Questions
- Do pet owners need an account?
- No. They write from your booking page or chat, get your answer by email, and reply on a private page.
- Who can message me?
- Pet owners through your booking page or website chat, and members with full access. You can block anyone and report abuse.
- Are files private?
- Yes. A file sent in a conversation is readable only by the people in it.
