Block, report, and limits in Messages

You decide who can reach you. Block anyone, report abuse to PAWCAP, and know the limits that keep spam out for everyone.

Block

Open the conversation menu and press Block. They can no longer message you, and you do not see them. Unblock from the same menu any time. The other person is not told.

Report

Press Report in the conversation menu and say what happened. Platform staff review reports under Message reports and can warn or suspend the member.

Limits

  • A member can start 15 new conversations a day.

  • A member can send 60 messages an hour.

  • A message holds up to 4,000 characters.

Pet owners write through your booking page or website chat and have no account, so blocks and reports apply to members only. Archive a client conversation you do not want to see.
