Add the chat button to your website
One script tag puts a chat button on your own site. Visitors type, it lands in your Messages, and they can book and pay in the chat. A Plus feature.
Part of Website Chat.
- 1
Turn on Plus under Settings, then Subscription.
- 2
Go to Settings, then Website chat.
- 3
Pick the button style (icon, text, or both), your words, your color, and the corner.
- 4
Press Personalize to write the welcome bubble, choose when to ask for an email (right away, after a minute, or never), and pick the name and picture visitors see.
- 5
Copy the snippet and paste it into your website before the closing body tag.
What visitors see
A round button in the corner. It opens a small panel with your welcome; they just type. Optionally the panel opens by itself after a few seconds, once a day per visitor and never on phones.
What you see
A conversation in Messages marked Website visitor until they share an email. Answer there; they get it in the chat and by email. Send a booking card to let them book and pay.
A hidden field on the first screen traps bots, so spam rarely reaches you.
