Questions
- Why is Member free for some people?
- When your credentialing organization partners with PAWCAP, it provides your membership as a member benefit and verifies your credential for us. If your organization is not a partner yet, Member is $99 a year and we verify your credential ourselves.
- Does Plus get me higher in Find a Trainer?
- No. Ranking is the same for everyone and is never for sale. Plus gives you more room on your card (15 badges instead of 5) and one included week of a clearly labeled boost. A boost only applies to searches you already appear in.
- What does PAWCAP take on payments?
- Nothing on your own client bookings through the scheduler. PAWCAP keeps 10% of a paid course and 10% of a paid mentoring session booked through PAWCAP. Stripe and PayPal charge their usual card fees.
- Is there a monthly plan?
- No. Both levels are billed once a year. That keeps the price low and the paperwork small.
- Can I get a refund?
- No. Memberships are not refunded. Your membership stays active until the end of the year you paid for.
- Can I switch back from Plus?
- Yes, at your next renewal. Your files stay; if you are over 5 GB, Settings will show you what to clean up before you can add more.
- What happens to my membership if I leave my organization?
- Your Member access follows your credential. If your credential lapses, your account pauses: your bookings and data are kept, and everything comes back when the credential is current again.
