Online Scheduler
Clients book, pay, and show up. You do the work.
A booking page with your logo and color, the hours you choose, payment on booking, and reminders that go out for you.

What you get
Booking pages
One-on-one sessions, group classes with a set number of spots, class series, and a waitlist when a class fills.
Your hours, your time zone
Weekly hours, date overrides, time off, and public holidays for your country. Visitors see times in their own time zone.
Payment on booking
Connect Stripe or PayPal. Priced bookings confirm when the payment clears and refund in full on a cancellation.
Reminders and follow-ups
Email 1, 2, 24, or 48 hours before a session, and a thank-you with a book-again link after.
Your logo and color
Set once. Your logo sits above your booking pages and emails, and your color goes on the buttons.
On your own website
Paste one snippet and your booking page runs on your site: inline, as a floating button, or as a popup link.
Calendar sync
Google Calendar and Outlook block your busy times and receive every booking. Apple Calendar follows a private link.
Packages, add-ons, and discount codes
Sell five lessons at one price, offer a written plan as an extra, and take a code at checkout.
Contacts and reviews
Everyone who booked, with their animals, notes, and history. The thank-you email asks for a review that lands on your page.
How it works
- 1Set your hours
Scheduler, then Availability: the days and hours you work, in your time zone, plus any time off.
- 2Make a booking page
Scheduler, then Manage, then New event type: a name, a length, a price, a place, and the questions you want answered.
- 3Share the link
Put it on your website, in your email signature, or on your Find a Trainer card. Clients pick a time and pay.
Questions
- Is the scheduler included in membership?
- Yes. Booking pages, group classes, reminders, calendar sync, and payment on booking are all included. PAWCAP takes no cut of your bookings.
- How do clients pay?
- Through your own Stripe or PayPal account, connected under Settings, then Payments. Money goes to you. Cash? Mark the booking paid.
- Do clients need an account?
- No. They book from the public page, get a confirmation with a private link to reschedule or cancel, and can ask you a question that lands in your Messages.
- Can I set taxes?
- Yes. Pick your country, turn on the taxes you collect with their rates, and each one is added as its own line at checkout and on the receipt.
