Connect Stripe

Stripe takes card payments for your bookings, packages, courses, and mentoring sessions and pays out to your bank. You open the account from PAWCAP in a few minutes.

Part of Online Scheduler.

  1. 1

Go to Settings, then Payments and pick your country if you have not yet. It is handed to Stripe and locks once connected.

  2. 2

Press Connect Stripe. Stripe opens its onboarding form: your business details, identity, and bank account.

  3. 3

Finish the form and you land back on PAWCAP. The panel shows Connected when Stripe has enabled charges and payouts.

What flows through it

  • Priced bookings and packages confirm when the payment clears. No PAWCAP fee.

  • Paid courses and mentoring sessions, with PAWCAP's 10 percent share taken at checkout.

  • Taxes as separate lines, with your tax ID numbers on the receipt when set.

  • Refunds in one click from the booking, in full.

If Stripe asks for more

Stripe sometimes needs another document before payouts start. The Payments panel says so and links to Stripe. Until charges are enabled, priced bookings cannot be taken.

Stripe is not available in every country. Where it is not, connect PayPal instead. See Connect PayPal.
