Apple Calendar and any other calendar app
A private subscription link shows every booking in Apple Calendar, or anything that follows a calendar link. Read-only, no sign-in.
Part of Online Scheduler.
- 1
Go to Settings, then Integrations and copy the Calendar feed link.
- 2
On a Mac: Calendar, File, New Calendar Subscription, paste the link. On iPhone: Settings, Calendar, Accounts, Add Account, Other, Add Subscribed Calendar.
- 3
Pick how often the app refreshes. Bookings appear with the client, the place, and a manage link.
What it does not do
It does not read your calendar, so busy times on it do not block your booking page. Connect Google Calendar or Outlook for that.
Changes show when the app refreshes, not instantly. Most apps refresh every hour or so.
The link is private. Anyone with it can see your bookings. Press Reset link under Integrations if it leaks.
