Continuing Education
Every credential you hold, and the CE to keep it.
One record for the credentials from every organization you belong to. Hours add up against each one, and you hear before anything runs out.

What you get
All your credentials in one place
Add each credential with its organization, number, and dates. The same list feeds your public profile.
CE hours per credential
Hours from approved courses post to every organization that approved the course, with the record behind each number.
Submit outside CE
Took a workshop elsewhere? Submit it with the certificate. The organization reviews it and approved hours post to your credential.
A warning before anything runs out
Thirty days before a credential ends you get a notice, by bell, email, or banner as you choose.
Access follows the credential
Membership stays active while a credential is current. If the last one ends, your account pauses until it is renewed, and nothing is deleted.
Verified by the organization
Partner organizations share who holds a current credential, so your badge is real, not self-reported.
How it works
- 1Add your credentials
Under Settings, then Credentials, add each credential you hold. A partner organization's list confirms it by your email.
- 2Earn hours
Finish an approved course on PAWCAP, or submit outside CE with its certificate.
- 3Watch the totals
Learning, then CE hours shows hours per credential, progress toward renewal, and every record behind the number.
Questions
- Does PAWCAP decide whether my CE counts?
- No. Each organization approves courses and reviews outside CE for its own credential. PAWCAP records what they approve.
- What happens when my credential expires?
- Your membership pauses. You keep Settings, billing, your meetings for 30 days, and two downloads of your clients and bookings. Renew with your organization and everything comes back.
- Can I hold credentials from more than one organization?
- Yes. Each one has its own hours and its own renewal date.
