Set up your profile and credentials

Your profile is what colleagues and pet owners see. Your credentials decide what you can do and how long your membership stays active.

Your profile

Go to Settings, then Profile.

Add a photo, your display name, a headline, and a short bio.

Upload your logo and pick your color. They go on your booking pages and your emails.

Go to Settings, then Credentials.

Add each credential: the organization, the number, and the dates.

If the organization is a partner, its member list confirms the credential by your email. If not, PAWCAP staff verify it.

Your full name goes on certificates and organization records. Your display name is what people see on your profile and posts.

What a credential unlocks

A current public credential puts you in Find a Trainer.
CE hours post against each credential you hold. See Track your CE hours.
Membership stays active while at least one credential is current.
