Appear in Find a Trainer

Your card shows while you hold a current public credential and an active membership. Fill in the listing and pet owners can find and book you.

Make sure a credential is current under Settings, then Credentials.

Go to Settings, then Directory listing.

Add your location, the species you work with, your services, whether you work online, and your badges.

Preview your card and save.

Your public page

Every card opens your page on the trainer site: photo, bio, reviews, and the event types pet owners can book. A "Have a question?" box sends questions to your Messages.

Ranking is never for sale. A Plus boost week moves your card to the front of results you already appear in, marked Sponsored, and never adds you to a search you do not match.

Service badges
Badges from a fixed list, like Puppies, Reactivity, or Service dog, show on your card and help pet owners filter.

Create your first booking page
A booking page is an event type: a thing people can book, with a length, a price, and a public link. Make one in a few minutes.

Answer client questions in Messages
A question from your booking page or website chat opens a conversation. Your answer reaches the pet owner by email with a private page to write back.
