Mentoring payments and fees

Paid sessions check out by card through your own Stripe or PayPal account. PAWCAP keeps 10 percent; free sessions carry no fee.

Set the price

The price lives on the event type you chose under Mentorship, then Manage. Change it there and the Mentors page follows. Prices are in your country's currency.

How a mentee pays

    They pick a time on your mentor page and go to checkout: Stripe, or PayPal where Stripe is not available.

  2. 2

    The session confirms when the payment clears. Free sessions confirm at once.

  3. 3

    The money lands in your Stripe or PayPal account less their processing fee and PAWCAP's 10 percent.

Cancellations and refunds

A cancellation before the session refunds the payment in full and returns the fee. Your cancellation terms, set on the event type, are shown before booking.

Connect Stripe or PayPal under Settings, then Payments before you set a price. See Get paid for bookings.
