Run a mentoring session
From the booking to the review: what the mentee sees, what you see, and how each session lifts your place on the Mentors page.
Part of Mentor.
Before
The booking lands under Mentorship, then Upcoming, and on your calendar if one is connected.
The mentee gets a confirmation with a video link if your event type is a video call, and reminders at the times you set.
Open the booking to read the mentee's answers to your questions.
During and after
Meet on the link in the booking, or wherever your event type says.
Afterwards, mark attendance. The thank-you email goes out and asks the mentee for a review.
Stars and words land on your mentor card. Hide any review you would rather not show under Scheduler, then Reviews.
Your place on the list
The Recommended order weighs reviews and mentoring booked through PAWCAP: how many sessions, how recent, and how many mentees come back. Keeping sessions on PAWCAP, rather than moving them off, is what moves you up. Nobody can pay for a place.
Pet owners never see mentoring. It lives on the members' site only.
