Review courses for CE approval

Course authors submit to you and pay your review fee. Your reviewer sets the hours and category and approves or sends it back.

Set your fee first

Under Settings, then Organization, set the course review fee in US dollars and a note authors read before they submit. Set 0 to review for free. PAWCAP adds nothing to your fee.

Review

    Go to Learning, then Course reviews. New submissions wait here, and you get a notification.

  2. 2

    Open a course. You can read every lesson and take every quiz as a reviewer.

  3. 3

    Set the CE hours and the category.

  4. 4

    Press Approve, or Send back with a note. The author is told either way.

After approval

  • The course shows your approval and hours in the catalog.

  • Every learner who finishes gets the hours on their credential with you, with the record behind the number.

  • Recently decided courses stay listed under the queue for reference.
