Share your member list
Your list is what makes a credential verified. It only ever marks who is credentialed: it never invites anyone, opens an account, or pauses a member on its own.
What to send
A CSV with one row per credential holder: name, email, credential name, credential number, status, and the start and end dates. Column names can be your own; we map them. Send it to your PAWCAP contact or through the Contact page. Uploading it yourself from the dashboard is coming.
What happens
We stage the file, show a preview of what will change, then apply it.
A member whose email matches is confirmed at once. A credential number alone never claims a row; only a proven email does.
People on your list who are not on PAWCAP yet wait on a private record. When they sign up with that email, they are confirmed on the spot.
A member who is on PAWCAP but missing from a full list is flagged for your review. Nobody is paused by a list.
Keeping it current
Send a fresh list whenever credentials change: renewals, new holders, lapses. Statuses are mapped to a standard set (active, lapsed, suspended, and so on), and access follows the end date on every read, so a renewal takes effect as soon as the list does.
Members hear from PAWCAP thirty days before a credential on our record ends. Keep end dates accurate and they will not get a warning they should not.
