Connect Zoom

   Go to Settings, then Integrations and find the Zoom card.

   Press Connect. Zoom asks you to sign in and allow PAWCAP to make meetings for you. Allow it.

   You land back on PAWCAP with Zoom marked Connected. Nothing else to set.

What happens on a booking

• A client books an event type whose location is video. PAWCAP makes a Zoom meeting at that time, on your account, named after the service and the client.

• The join link is in the confirmation email, in every reminder, on the manage page, and in the calendar event if Google Calendar or Outlook is connected too.

• A new time moves the meeting. A cancellation deletes it.

• Clients can join before you, so nobody waits in a lobby.

Zoom with Google Meet or Teams

When Zoom is connected, the Zoom link is the one used. Google Calendar and Outlook still get the event, with the Zoom link as its location, and add no Meet or Teams link of their own. Disconnect Zoom and the calendars go back to making Meet or Teams links.

Pick Zoom for an event type

Open Scheduler, then the event type, and set Where to Video. A Video link row appears with Automatic, Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and No link. Automatic uses Zoom when it is connected. Pick Zoom to make sure, and save.

Disconnect Zoom

   Go to Settings, then Integrations, open the three-dot menu on the Zoom card, and choose Disconnect Zoom. Confirm.

   PAWCAP forgets the connection and tells Zoom to drop its access. Meetings already on your Zoom account stay.

   Or remove PAWCAP from your Zoom account: sign in at zoom.us, open Apps, find PAWCAP, and remove it. PAWCAP is told and disconnects on its side too.

After a disconnect, new video bookings get a Google Meet or Teams link if a calendar is connected and the event type allows it, or no link.
